Okay, I just can’t keep giving out these non-boyfriend B.O.Ds willy nilly. It’s just not right. Just because Lew Ford is the greatest baseball player ever doesn’t mean the storied B.O.D. competition should just come to a halt. We have a tradition to uphold. All I can do is give today’s award to the boyfriend who most helped Lew Ford kick Tiger butt. And that would be Doug Mientkiewicz, who led off the 4th inning with a single and was homered home by Luscious Lew. He’s hit safely in something like 14 of his last 15 games, and is thus far having a great season helping Lew Ford to win Twins games. Those chin pubes must be lucky!
