It has been a long time, my friends, since we have had a Boyfriend of the Day. Honestly, when Stewie went on the DL, Batgirl/the BODSHC was going to suspend the competition until all boyfriends were healthy, but there was really no need—on account of all the, you know, losing. And there were only two boyfriends in the line-up today, but Joe Mauer may be back later this week and you will hear much cheering from the BatQuarters, and perhaps some taunting, too. But that is not relevant now. What is relevant is that the oldest man in baseball, Team Batgirl's beloved Corey Koskie, fought off his litany of X-Files-esque injuries to go 2-4 with 3 RBIs, including a crushing two-out single in the 5th that gave the Twins a six-run lead. And he didn't even hurt himself.
